Jeff Weaver President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Weaver was appointed President / CEO in July, 2005 after spending 9 years as an Executive Vice President of a multi-billion dollar bank in Dallas. Jeff has over 30 years of diverse banking and management experience with both national and regional banking institutions including assignments in marketing, sales, lending, operations and technology, investment services, cash management, and acquisitions and divestitures. He earned his B.A. at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and his M.B.A. from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

Suzy Salls Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Salls joined the bank in 2005 with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career as an auditor with KPMG and later transitioned into banking, serving various accounting and management roles in several Texas Community banks. She is a Certified Public Accountant and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University, where she graduated Cum Laude.

Gaye Rowland Senior Vice President, Retail Lending
Ms. Rowland joined SharePlus in 2007 bringing the expertise gained from over 30 years in the banking industry. She managed lending for several Dallas banks as well as running her own mortgage company for several years. Gaye attended Illinois State University, Arizona State University and several banking schools including Risk Management Association and Bank Administration Institute.

Chris Christensen Senior Vice President, Mortgage Warehouse Lending
Mr. Christensen joined SharePlus Federal Bank in March 2011. He has over 35 years of executive management experience in the banking industry specializing in mortgage and mortgage warehouse lending. Chris earned his BS in Business Management from the University of Utah and his MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Jean Rankin Vice President, Operations
Ms. Rankin joined the bank in April of 2006 and offers 35 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Her banking experience includes all aspects of retail administration and operations, regulatory compliance, investments, system conversions, mergers and acquisitions. Jean attended Burlington Community College, Austin Community College and several banking schools including the Institute of Financial Education, Bank Administration Institute and Texas Bankers Association.

Dana Kozeny Vice President, Branch Sales and Administration
Ms. Kozeny joined SharePlus in 1997 and has over 15 years experience in retail banking and branch operations. She is active in her community through volunteerism for area schools and other non-profit organizations in Plano, Frisco, and Dallas. She completed her BA at Texas Women's University with concentrations in Business and Government, where she graduated cum laude, receiving acceptance into Pi Sigma Alpha for outstanding government students.

Vicki Erickson Vice President, Compliance Officer
Ms. Erickson joined SharePlus in 1997. Since that time, she has held roles in the Internal Audit and Compliance areas of the Bank. Vicki is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Texas and a Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Diane Stephens, SPHR Vice President, Bank Administration
Ms. Stephens joined the bank in 2002 as its first Director of Human Resources. She has over 15 years experience in human resources and recruiting. She was appointed Secretary to the Board in 2004. Diane holds a SPHR and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University, where she graduated magna cum laude.

Tom H. Heslep Jr. Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending
Mr. Heslep has served in various senior management positions for notable companies that include Citicapital, a division of Citigroup, where he served as Senior Vice President of the Centralized Wholesale division. He also served as Senior Vice President of Citicapital's Municipal and Healthcare Finance Group, and Vice President of Citicapital/Associates Housing Finance group, which supported and developed a real estate loan portfolio of $700 million. Early in his career, Tom served as Senior Vice President of Bank One/1st Coppell Bank, where he developed and serviced a diverse portfolio consisting of commercial and commercial real estate loans. A graduate of the Southwestern School of Banking at Southern Methodist University, he also holds a B.B.A. in Marketing/Management from Stephen F. Austin State University. Mr. Heslep has made a difference as a banker for 30 years; one business at a time.

Recently retired Senior Vice President - Strategic Sourcing and Logistics for Frito-Lay North America. Elected to Board of Directors in 1998 and has served as chairman since February 2002. Paul is a graduate of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA and holds an MBA from the University of Texas/Austin.

Texas Attorney and partner at Williams and Anderson in Dallas. Jeff was formerly an associate with Vinson & Elkins. Jeff is a member of the Executive, Compensation, and Credit Policy Committees. He holds a BBA in International Business and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University, and graduated cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center.

David Rader
Recently retired as EVP for Frito-Lay North America, a leader of PepsiCo's Financial Team. Dave was elected to the Board of Directors in 2010. He serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and is a member of the ALCO and Budget committees. Dave earned both his BS in Electrical Engineering and his MBA from Ohio State University.
Carl W. Forsythe
President and CEO of Globe Composite Solutions, Ltd. Carl was elected to the Board of Directors in 2002. Member of the Executive Committee, Audit Committee, and is Chairman of the Credit Policy Committee. He received his BA in Biochemistry from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance from Cornell University.
Stan Keith
President of Promettre International Ventures, Inc. and was a Co-founder of CompUSA. He was elected to the Board of Directors in 2010 and serves as Chairman of the Budget Committee. He is a member of the Audit, ALCO and Technology committees. Stan is a CPA and received his BBA in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
Chris Cozby
Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis in charge of Retail Investments Sales for Texas and the surrounding southwest states and former Founder of Thackeray Partners. Chris was elected to the Board of Directors in 2010. He is a member of the Credit Policy, Compensation, and CRA Committees. He graduated from the University of Texas with a Liberal Arts degree in Economics.
David Stephens
President and CEO of Stephens Management Group, which currently includes Pinnacle Excavation, Bayco Properties & Millennium Imports of Dallas. Prior companies included Millennium Jaguar, Baytown Honda and Falls Lincoln Mercury as well as other numerous entities. David is a member of the CRA Committee, the Credit Policy Committee and Compensation Committee. David was elected to the board in 2007. David also serves on the boards of Paul Quinn College, Baylor Health Care System Foundation in Dallas, and the Crystal Charity Ball Advisory Board. He dedicates a considerable amount of time to community involvement including the local United Negro College Fund, American Cancer Society, Crystal Charity Ball, Dallas Museum of Art, the Ron Springs and Everson Walls Gift for Life Foundation, and the African American Museum. David received his BS in Business Administration from Southern University.
Lora Villarreal
Dr. Villarreal is executive vice president and chief people officer for ACS, a Xerox Company. She is active in numerous charitable and civic organizations, including Leadership Dallas, the Executive Women's Council, Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce, Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Society for Human Resources Management. Named the 2011 Woman of the Year by the Texas Diversity Council, Dr. Villarreal holds a bachelor of science degree from Bellevue University, a master of science degree from Central Michigan University and a Ph.D. in philosophy and management from California Coast University. Dr. Villarreal was elected to the Board of Directors in 2011.
